Soooooo... hey everyone. How's it going? Good? Weather ok? Great... so, right... You know how sometimes you say something that's stupid and wrong and then people very reasonably get upset and create a lot of threads and discussions and demands with some pretty reasonable reasons for the thing you said wouldn't happen but then it turns out that you're stupid and wrong and the things you said are completely the opposite of what's actually true?

Yeah. So that happened. Public chat channels will be in Diablo III, barring any catastrophe that requires we remove them, because they're already implemented. In fact they'll be in an upcoming beta patch so you'll get to see and play around with them yourselves.

I'm not sure I can offer any explanation as to the incorrectness of my statements, except that I believed them to be correct when I made them. I apologize, and I'll strive to not be stupid and wrong in the future.

A chi non mastica l'inglese un riassunto: Bashiok ha sempre detto alla community che la chat pubblica non ci sarebbe stata poiché le chat senza moderazione tendono ad essere un problema più grande dei vantaggi che realmente offrono. Ha mantenuto questa linea fino ad oggi in cui si è accorto di essersi sbagliato, visto che hanno già implementato la chat in una beta patch che dovreste (sigh) vedere a breve (nelle prossime settimane ).

Beh a me non interessavano comunque le chat pubbliche, ma almeno ora siam sicuri che ci saranno nella "lobby"

Credo il primo, la Blizzard ci guadagnerebbe in stima a rivelare al mondo "abbiamo accolto le vostre richieste".

Oppure no perché così la gente ne avrebbe avanzate di nuove.. Hm..

beh l'unica cosa sicura è che ci saranno nuove patch... e nuove info nelle prossime settimane...
che con i tempi (vedi"soon") della blizzy Diablo 3 lo vedremo nel 2013

a detta loro era già tutto implementato...
In una delle loro favolose riunioni hanno semplicemente deciso di metterla in stand by temporaneamente.
Dicono che con la prossima patch (questo week-end?) la implementano.
